January 29, 201412 yr Trying it now, may take time to download Seattle area at 3m @75 KBps : ( bad speed at home . Hey do you know how to geo position the Google warehouse model in Fs2004 ? I have converted the Starbucks.kmz of google warehouse by using ModelconverterX , this is in the Seattle area , So I put the .bgl in the addon scenery directory but I don't think it is showing up as I slewed to that are but nothing except two stadiums. Help / info appreciated. No, don't know how to do that. I am just doing the photoreal textures, not doing any objects. I had luck by the way with my biggest project--I compiled the entire country of Switzerland and it looked amazing. There was one section with no texture coverage, so I am recompiling with a different service. Hopefully everything I want will be there. This just breathes new life into FS2004 for me after a long hiatus with FSX. I have so many legacy aircraft I want to fly. Ultimately I plan on doing scenery for the entire Southwest if I can get the time. It does take time to generate a large area like Schweiz.... Took almost a day. JC

JC Alright that's a lot of download of tiles , I downloaded but still the gray patch, I can see it from the top view, will try fly there and check. The image below shows the tiled area. JC I know this is kind of off topic, but what's your opinion of FSET vs TP? I just got into the whole TP thing and I love how it looks in FSX. Is the quality generated by FSET as good as TP? Does it work with Google (since TP does not)? Sorry for all the questions, but thank you!

It all depends on the resolution and cloud cover during the time photo were taken by the Sat. I prefer FSET to TP. But the only thing is FSET needs to download and resample before you can add it to the scenery Library unlike TP. When I was on FSX I never had an issue with FSET. But in FS2004 I get the gray area don't know why. Ryzen 5 1600x - 16GB DDR4 - RTX 3050 8GB - MSI Gaming Plus
