Pilot2ATC is MSFS traffic aware. It doesn't control the planes but will route you around them (as best as it can).

Is it true that there's a way to get the BS analog planes in 2024?

It might not be an option but have you considered OpusFSX? It provides the same, or better, functionality than EZDok plus a slew of other features.

On this note, has anyone tried Night Environment California with MSE California yet? It's not very expensive and might be the answer to the night lighting dilemma.

The LHC Fleet One page says that the collection is compatible with Prepar3d, but it doesn't indicate which version. Can anyone confirm whether or not these aircraft will work with P3D v2.2? Thank you

I notice that they usually hold their sales around holidays, so (hopefully) expect the next sale to come around Memorial Day, Father's Day, 4th of July or Labor Day. That said, 50% off during Easter + 10% on Tuesdays equals amazing pricing. I picked up all the cities during the Easter sale. Now if I can just find the time to install them... :rolleyes:

I used UTX with TileProxy and MSE with no issues. Just make sure it's below the photoscenery layer. The night street lighting is an added bonus.

Mount the ISOs one at a time. If you mount both simultaneously, Daemon will create one drive letter for each ISO. FSX will only look for the second CD on the drive letter that the first CD was mounted on. Instead, simply mount the second CD ISO on to the drive that the frist CD was mounted to. FSX will continue the installation from there. I had to reinstall FSX using this method last weekend so I know it will work. Good luck!!!

It's probably the source data. I have MSE New Mexico and Ohio and see the same discrepancies between the two.

You can use ImgBurn to create ISOs of the two CDs on your desktop PC. Move those ISOs to the external drive. Install mounting software on the notebook (I prefer Daemon Tools). Connect the external drive to notebook. Mount CD1 ISO using software and install as normal.

Yes, it works fine. I was using MSE Florida with cloud shadows and they showed up fine.

There's no monthly fee for the Academic version. And there's a lot less tweaking than you 'sense'. Many people are working just fine with only AffinityMask added to their CFG.

Make sure that MSE is at the top of your scenery.cfg.

That's correct. The FTXG tile may have a road segment as part of the image. If you're looking for photoscenery with autogen, you may want to consider something like Scenerysoft (Boston) or Revolution X. Since it's based off satellite photography there's likely only one season.

I had the same dilemma as you and eventually settled on 2 x EVGA 770GTX Classified 4GB in SLI, for the same reasons you did. Mine are running 3 x 24" monitors at 5760x1080 resolution. My frame rates are locked at 30 fps and it seems to hold up well.

This may be a silly question, but would having UTX installed and its corresponding waterclass help with this issue? The reason I'm asking is that I'm considering purchasing some of the ultra-res cities to go on top of the mse states I already own. Thanks in advace

I'm expecting my Buttkicker Gamer2 any day now. I've read in the forums that the Creative Soundblaster X-FI USB is the recommended product to use with it, but it's $100 here in Canada and sold out in my area. I ended up getting a Soundblaster Pro USB instead. Does anyone have any experience with this product? If I can find out in advance, I can return it (unopened) if I have to. As an aside, I called Smoketronics (a Canadian/US Buttkicker dealer) and was told that they weren't expecting any Gamer2 units until Q2 2014 at the earliest. Thanks in advance
