Hmmm.

 

So after years of flying with EZDOK and TrackIR I've suddenly run into an issue. 

 

I'm trying to fly FSX with EZDOK disabled in order to troubleshoot a few things. Unfortunately, when I close out EZDOK, TrackIR won't work in FSX alone anymore. As soon as I reload EZDOK, I get TrackIR back. 

 

So right now, its: No EZDOK - No TrackIR usage. Sigh...

 

Suggestions?

It might not be an option but have you considered OpusFSX? It provides the same, or better, functionality than EZDok plus a slew of other features.

Generally when TrackIR is used in concert with another add on, one or both of the manifest files in the the TrackIR folder has been renamed. Check that first.
