January 30, 201412 yr I've got a weird issue where P3D v2 loads up a flight and the rudder is stuck to one direction.. usually the left.. I know its not the controls.. as i've removed the pedals from the computer and the issue still persists.. It doesnt matter if its a default p3d v2.0 aircraft or otherwise. Anyone else ran into this one? January 30, 201412 yr I haven't experienced this problem. I have experienced the full throttle at startup. Is your rudder totally stuck, or will it center itself again once you press on the pedal? If you can get it centered again, maybe try saving a new default flight in the "flights" menu by clicking the "save" button, once you've got the rudder centered again. Not sure if that will work but worth a shot.

Yeah i forgot to mention that part.. yes you can press the pedal at the start of the flight to recenter it.. i've tried resaving under a new flight to no avail.. always the same issue.. very odd one. February 2, 201412 yr My guess is its seeing another joystick somewhere, or maybe an unconfigured throttle quadrant or something. If you're using p3d itself to do controls, check to see what all I put devices there are. It's likely it grabbed a throttle quadrant axis and assigned it to rudder. February 4, 201412 yr I had the same issue, best thing to do is disable joysticks and install fsuipc that will fix it. Or failing that, go through your controls and delete any other rudder asignments in there, that will be the problem. But fsuipc makes things easier.
February 6, 201412 yr Author I had been using FSUIPC.. turns out the joysticks kept getting re-enabled in the controls area (checkbox) due to an ntdll.dll crash on prepar3d.exe at times (as the program would exit.. still cant figure out why this occurs).. When i unchecked enable controllers.. then successfully exited and reopened a flight, i have no rudder issues Asus Strix z790-e; 1000 watt evga SuperNova Plat; 14900k AC_LL 0.55 adp -0.050 253/253/355 CEPoff (CB-1pass 39200 80c, msfs peak 92,avg 60-78c, astrorender 95c,room76F); 64GB(dual 32) cl32 6400 at 6400 xmpII F5-6400J3239G32GX2-TZ5RK, Asus Ryuo III 360mm; Thermaltake v51 Case; Gigabyte 4090 OC; VR-Crystal; Dofreality H6; Astrosite
