Has anyone figured out why the landing gear are missing and the cockpit buttons will not work? I just purchased it last night and sent a trouble ticket but have not heard anything. This is a remarkable plane and I just want to get her flying.

Sounds like an activation issue to me. If you lodge a support ticket with the correct order reference and product key etc they will get back to you.

Pmdg figured it out. Turns out if you try to edit or remove the tail numbers in the aircraft selection window, the setup cfg will corrupt causing the plane not to initialize. Did my first test flight from ATL to KMCO she is a dream to fly!

Interesting; I often have an issue where it will initialize with a different registration to what it should be.
