It's come to my attention that a very recent virus definitions update from AVAST is now flagging the FS2Crew NGX gauge files.

 

It's a false positive obviously.

 

If you're running AVAST, try to exclude it from the FSX folder.

 

Then re-install FS2Crew to restore the gauge that AVAST ate for lunch.

That's probably because FS2Crew editions are flagged as ransomware: You feel literally forced to buy them!
