Thanks for the help, Unfortunately i am still having the problem.

 

Now i am getting error code 1607 also.

regedit find and delete all 9527A496-5DF9-412A-ADC7-168BA5379CA6

Solved!!!!!

 

I reinstalled windows 8 and then it installed fine after that! Thank you for all the help it is much appreciated
