February 23, 201412 yr So I've recently moved fsx to my new driver due to running out of space on the other one. But the problem is that I'm unable to find the fsx.cfg in my new driver, however I did try to look for the cfg in the C drive but there was nothing. I know this is a very rare problem, but if anyone has any knowledge about this please reply to me asap! Greatly appreciate it Tom
February 23, 201412 yr Here's a guide for installing/uninstalling FSX which shows where all the fsx files are located http://support.precisionmanuals.com/kb/a87/how-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-fsx. The fsx.cfg is in a hidden folder and you have to unhide the folder to find it - http://www.wikihow.com/Unhide-Folders-in-Windows-7. February 23, 201412 yr Author Hi, firehawk thanks for the reply. But I'm not sure if you're understanding what I'm trying to say but the link that you have provided to find the fsx files only tell me where to locate the files on the C drive not on my new drive. I hope you know what I mean now.
February 23, 201412 yr Your fsx.cfg file stays on the C: drive, even if you move FSX to a different hard drive. Bert
