I would say not, I have my creative sound card priducing my aircraft sounds and my onboard sound card for voice, ie vox atc.

There are only 2 assignments in fsx.

The only thing I can think would be to get some cables that split your cables, ie one lead becomes two and then connect the spare cable to a speaker, the speaker would need to be amplified to hear I would think.

There is  also a product called Virtual Audio Cable (search this forum for more info) which allows you to create multiple output channels from your sound card and even direct the same FSX sound to multiple USB sound processors. Although it has to be said that not everyone has been able to make it work successfully without intrusive noise.
