February 28, 201412 yr Couldn't activate FSX Acceleration after loading FSX ok from a fresh reinstall of windows7. Read some of your posts on the issue of activation and then went back to uncheck the compatible mode in the FSX exe icon then the Acceleration activation work fine. I worked with Microsoft on the activation issue and they were no help. I will certainly give attention to the compatibility mode when dealing with activation error issues. Thanks to all who share your experences. I won't leave home without you. Tab
