Door messed up and aircraft partly see-through

Featured Replies

Does anybody know what's causing this? (See picture below)

As you can see, the door graphics are pretty messed up and you can see completely through the door, as well as the other half of the aircraft. Also, if you look through the windows you can see straight through the plane, like the fuselage has only got one half.

With kind regards,

Same issue here.

Will try to repair the installation. Will see if that helps.

I suspect this is a repaint problem. Alpha channel problem, wher both windows and doors have been rendered transparent, instead of just the windows.

As Fabo asked, is it this leviery only. Try one of the official PMDG liveries. If its not happening with those it is the livery (and yes could happen to other liveries as well).

If it is this livery, then contact the painter (constact details should be in the readme file that came with the livery).

Or if you have Photoshop you can fix it yourself by looking at the relevant fuselage section .dds file and checking if the alpha shows a black doorway/s - change it to match rest of the alpha channel (whiteish)
