Do you mean the extended download service?  PMDG does not provide a re-download service via ticket submission.

Indeed, I have purchased today Extended Download Service related to 737 NGX.

You indicate that PMDG does'nt provide re-download through ticket submission.

Then how can I have this product downloadable again.

I'm still rather confused.

Trouble sorted out as old PWD was not fulfilling new requirements, id. capital letter, etc; etc,

PWD updated and ticket submitted.

Sorry, did't know that you've purchased extended download.  As pete_auau wrote you have to login, registration is required before you will see the link to start a new ticket on the right of the page:

You will see that you can select re-download in the dropdown menu on the next page beside "Department"

Got new URL this morning and product installed and fully operational.

Excellent.  Now copy the installer and license to a safe place.  You will have it in case you need it in the future.

 

I have an external HD which contains all my addons organized by type and has come in handy when I built a new PC.   

I have just installed the redownload, computer is asking for "Authorization code" what is this????
