Want to buy the UK2000 Manchester and London, but noticed the jetway wheels sinking below the front bogey of that AXE. Is that a fault with UK2000's Manchester?

No, that's just the limitations of FSX's internal jetway system. It happens with all sceneries using the default jetway modelling. If you use Aerosoft AES, you won't have this problem (but costs a fortune for all of your addon airports). I highly recommend the scenery! Even though I don't fly up in Europe very much.
