FSX has a built in video recorder. I don't know if it will record a replay.

 

The built in recorder is not great. Google Fraps.

There is always, under options in the menu, "Instant Replay" that you can use right after your landing to go back to, say the last 200-300 seconds of the flight and rewatch that great landing and use the V key to take pictures/screenshots.  I usually do this so I can critique the landings I do.

been there, done that but i want to save the replay itself so that i can watch it many times and learn, maybe from others also. I tested bdf369's method and it worked. And with that application the model doesn't just freeze, like if you turn on instant replay with reversers on and doors closed, that's how it'll show in the replay. Using this program it saves the model actions, and has more features but i'm not here to make a comercial.

FSRecorder combined with FRAPS is a great way to immortalize landings.
