It's pretty slick huh! The front on photos I've seen make it look rather like some sort of stealth fighter.

They have said it hasn't been an issue with any of the other aircraft in the fleet. They operate the All Black 777 on the Auckland to Los Angeles to London route and that one sits in the hot LA heat without any problems at all.

 

They have said it is no different then any black AirForce aircraft that have been operating for decades now, so black aircraft is nothing new, just unusual on Commercial Aviation.

 

The reason why they outiline the doors and hatches in white is for the ground crew so that is for safety, other then that it is no issues.
