April 14, 201412 yr I have FS9 and FSX on the same computer and want to remove FS9. I never fly FS9 anymore. Has anyone else already done this with success so FSX isn't damaged? My thought is they are completely different installations so removing one shouldn't effect the other. The removal process steps I'm planning are: 1 Removing USA roads 2 Removing ActiveSky version 6. 3 Removing addon planes 2004 versions 4 Removing FS9 Does this look like the correct process? Anything I may be missing?
April 14, 201412 yr Author I getting worried since I haven't had any replies to my post. Any help would be appreciated....
April 15, 201412 yr Your procedure looks OK, it will not have any impact on FSX. The only thing I am not sure about is Active Sky. Do you use it in FSX? Is it a separate program for FS9 and FSX? regards, Joe The best gift you can give your children is your time.
April 15, 201412 yr Author Thanks for the info. I use activesky 2012 for FSX which is a different program.
