April 23, 201412 yr There is no system that will make fsx "shine" (Unless you have a large budget). Upgrading your graphics card wouldn't do that, though it would help a bit. I've monitored my hardware and noticed FSX is more CPU dependent that GPU, so it prefers a fast CPU. FSX is also not too efficient at managing resources either. Rodriguez, J.

April 23, 201412 yr I know that you probably really want a computer now, but waiting really would help. You don't want to spend that much money and not be happy with what you got. Otherwise I would turn to ebay. You might be able to find some great deals on some of the products. Couldn't have said it better myself. Don't waste your money on hardware that is less than ideal. April 23, 201412 yr Author Don't worry, my friend's buying the computer he set the limit to $860. If you have any suggestion on an $860 computer build that would work. It must be cyberpowerpc or iBuyPower ONLY!

It must be cyberpowerpc or iBuyPower ONLY! Well, If that's the case, you answered your own question. By going to the cyberpowerpc website you will see an $865 Intel Z87 PC. I still think you should wait.... That's my own opinion though. David Graham Google, Network+, Cisco CSE, Cisco Unity Support Specialist, A+, CCNA
