The crash was caused most likely by high settings.  The faulting module is the ntdll.dll.  If you have a high LOD_Radius or Texture_Max_Load, return these to the default and see if this fixes the problem.  More information about the ntdll.dll error can be found in the AVSIM CTD Guide located to the right of this forum under Hot Spots.
