When I copy and paste my 32 digit registration number to its box, it does not do anything.

The dialog box disappears after about five seconds, but nothing happens.

What is the problem?

1. When you paste in your key, be sure their are no leading spaces or trailing spaces in the dialog box as Win is prone to do on a copy/paste operation. Move the cursor with your arrow keys to insure it lies just before and just after the characters in the key and can not be moved any further. Delete any extra spaces before or after using the delete key.

 

2. Did you include any "-" if present in your product code? If not, reregister. You are allowed to get new keys a few times even automatically.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled RC4 two times and copied the Key clean into its space, but I still get nothing.

I will try to reregister again.

It took a while but, I finally got KEY to be accepted. All is good.

Here try this.  When you put in the key and the interface goes away, open radar contact again and it should lead you to the place where you can load a flight plan.  Hope this helps.
