Gentlemen;

I had problems with my PC and was not able to uninstall PMDG 737NGX using Win7 uninstaller (Control>Programs etc.).  So I uninstalled the 37NGX files and folders manually from FSX.   The listing of PMDG 737NGX remained in the Control>Programs etc.  I tried to uninstall the listing in ControI>Programs etc. but kept getting the error message "an error 5005:OX80070002 has occurred while running this setup.  If this error still occurs contact your vendor PMDG Simulations." I tried to reinstall the PMDG 737NGX but was told that I have a more current version installed, and that I must first uninstall it before installing this version.  I ran CCleaner to clean the registry.

 

Does PMDG have any suggestions on how I can reinstall the 737NGX?  It seems I must uninstall whatever remains of 727NGX on my computer.
