I'm again in conflict with the bleed settings:

 

When I set them to MAX after engine start or tell the first officer to do so he doesn't turn them back to MIN during his before takeoff flow but says "Bleeds min on".

 

Of course I have 1.2 installed...

 

Could you be so kind and check that please?

We didn't expect you to set the controller to Max.

 

At any rate, in V1.3 the FO will now set it to Min.
