Bought a "cheap one" as suggested by your self a couple of months ago.. and.. NOT BAD AT ALL!

 

Doing my 2nd flight in the 737 just to try it.. apart from a few things It cant understand.. FS2CREW Voice is actually pretty neat!

 

Makes a big difference when you have been using the button version for a few years... also love how all the sound comes through..

 

Now, back to flying :-)

If there are a couple words that speech reco system is having trouble detecting, check the 737 specific forum for into on how to train for specific words.

 

But generally speaking you shouldn't need to do that unless your accent is really strong.
