ORBX , do we still have to add a mesh addon?

To have realistic mesh, ORBX has great textures, are they only textures or they have also some mesh improvement?

Im talking about ORBX NA and the like ,not global

Should we add a mesh addon? in this case which one is recommended?

All Orbx regions come with mesh, except for FTX Australia SP4 (76m mesh is available as a download in the Freeware section), FTX EU Northern Ireland and FTX EU Ireland. The rest of the EU regions and all NA and NZ regions come with mesh.

Seems  a shame to limit your flying to only the (excellent) Orbx areas.  Orbx recommends

FSGlobal Ultimate mesh.  Works well with any default mesh supplied by Orbx
