June 9, 201411 yr Has anyone any idea how to restore EventViewer? Every time I try to run it I get a message : 'Event Log service unavailable. Verify that the service is running' but there is no reference to it in the Services. I can see the .exe in Windows/System32 but get the same error message there too. Help! Rick Almeida
