Whenever I try to check for updates to there products the update program (checker) keeps returning host site down unable to connect. Does everyone get this? There site I think only mentions updates from 2012. Is this correct? Since they do not have a forum where does everyone go for panel cfg's to help when you run into problems and how will people find out about updates?

Their server has been offline since I bought the GNS 430/530, which was a while ago. You can always manually download the product again and see if their are any new files. I don't believe that there are new files, though.

What I do is download a new installer about once every month or 2 months and check it's version number. Not too elegant, I know, but sometimes there are 2 or more updates in a month and sometimes there will be no updates for multiple months.
