June 19, 201411 yr Hello, I tried searching the forums but couldn't find anything related to my problem. I have windows 8.1 and when I try to update the operations center, I get an error that says "this app can't run on your pc." Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks. Robert

June 19, 201411 yr Commercial Member Anyone have a suggestion? The program wasn't written for, and isn't supported on Win8, unfortunately. ...however, have you tried running it in compatibility mode? Right click the icon for the OC, select Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, check the box for "run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select Windows 7 (try whatever latest version is listed).
