PMDG operations center help

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I tried searching the forums but couldn't find anything related to my problem.  I have windows 8.1 and when I try to update the operations center, I get an error that says "this app can't run on your pc."  Anyone have a suggestion?  Thanks.

Robert

+1!

Windows 8.1 is no good for FSX, FSX only runs well on Windows 7.....

Anyone have a suggestion?

The program wasn't written for, and isn't supported on Win8, unfortunately.

...however, have you tried running it in compatibility mode?  Right click the icon for the OC, select Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, check the box for "run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select Windows 7 (try whatever latest version is listed).

That might work...

Thanks for your input.  I gave that a shot but it still gives me the same error :(
