June 21, 201411 yr I was curious as I have sent two e-mails at the PMDG web site this week requesting help with the fact that in trying to re-install the NGX package on my brand new computer, I get a message saying that I have exceeded my activations and cannot proceed. So far I have not received an answer. Is all okay? I'd love some help, if anyone has a suggestion. I only installed the package on my previous rig, and now I am moving all over to this new one. June 21, 201411 yr PMDG uses a web based support portal instead of email, I suggest you go to their home page and follow the link to support where you should establish a new account (support accounts are separate from your eCommerence account) and open a trouble ticket. They generally respond within a business day but currently are very busy and it might be a couple days but not long before they get back to you. Dan Downs KCRP
