I am able to access the internet (as I am posting this message using the very same computer). Anyone have any insights or notices when it's gonna come back again?

Not working for me.  They're probably just doing a system upgrade or maintenance.

have you tried emailing them? https://www.facebook.com/commerciallevel/info And website is working for me.

Probably just system maintenance or the temporary server problem.

I think he should be ok.  I just checked and the site is up and running again.

it's down again. I was able to install the A330-340 but I can't install SP4.
