July 5, 201411 yr I notice a few other posts about cockpit lighting issues but not mine in particular it seems: I usually fly in full screen mode and in the VC, never the 2D. At night, the instrument light switch works but the needles are not easy to see, especially altimeter. That is not my problem though. The problem is that I cannot get the flood light to work at all. The switch turns but nothing happens. Others talk about the flood lighting being too bright, so apparently it does work......? This somewhat spoils an otherwise great aircraft in FSX for me, making it "not certified for night operations". July 6, 201411 yr Author No, not running any shader or lighting mods and never have. My FSX is a fairly recent install and I only add what I am sure I will use often. Only major add ons apart from aircraft and scenery are GSX, ASN, REX Essential+. I also have FSUIPC registered version. Only tweaks/edits I have done are those to the cfg that are mainstream, such as HIGHMEMFIX. July 15, 201411 yr Greg, send me a PM with your email address and I'll send you my C210 night lighting mods.. Carenado did an awful job on the night panel.. IMHO. Also, one of the two knobs works, and the other does not.. Bert
