July 7, 201411 yr Hi I am setting up Linda/FSUIPC for the Q400 reverses. I have the Saitek Throttle Quad and am trying to use the lower buttons you access when you lower the throttles completely. Where would you set up the reverses. Should I be using Linda, or Fsuipc?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. July 7, 201411 yr Hi Tom You can use either LINDA or FSUIPC. Your want the FSX Throttle Decr commands for initial press/selection and for repeat. It is a good idea to have FSX Throttle Cut on release. You cannot use the Key F2 as this conflicts with LINDA's Editor shortcut. Also I find that with the LINDA setup I need to have the joystick page open on LINDA for the reverse to cancel correctly. July 10, 201411 yr I just program the #1 throttle button to reverse both engines. Use the default FSX controls from the Linda JOYSTICK page. I use Reverse All engines on press and Release Reverse (or something like that) when the button is released. Works like a charm. I DO pull back both throttles but the first button does the trick.
