I am having the same problem, and also hope I can avoid a reinstall as I dont have a backup copy...

 

Are you talking about the installer? I believe your download link lasts for a full year so you should be able to download it.

 

I successfully reinstalled after backing up my hot keys and restoring them. I'm pretty sure a reinstall is the only fix, unfortunately.
