July 19, 201411 yr Just purchased FS2Crew for NGX today and just sat at an airport in virtual cockpit of NGX to learn various functions. While all of the selections function as mentioned in the manual, PA window will not close despite clicking on the top right screw or choosing "close window" of the PA window itself. Also, clicking the PA button on the FS2Crew control panel does not help. (Switching views has FS2Crew control panel disappear but the PA screen remains). Any advice please, Kay Kay Nemoto Prepar3D version 3Win7-64 bit
July 19, 201411 yr Commercial Member Hi Kay, Is the Panel Lock (LK) button on the FS2Crew Main Panel on or off? Are you running any programs that want to force Panel ID # 1003 open? What happens if you move the Mic selector on the audio panel out of the PA position? Best, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
July 19, 201411 yr Author I tried LK select both On and Off but PA remains open. About any programs to force panel Id#1003, I have no idea what you are referring to. Hmm. I have not tried the mic selector yet. Kay Nemoto Prepar3D version 3Win7-64 bit

July 20, 201411 yr Author Yes, thank you. My MCP input responds to my voice commanded PNF, except physical switches of AT, FD and AP engage. For flaps, my physical input for flaps via hardware although of course not in synch with voice commands does not cause any crashes so I make physical inputs via hardware device as well as voice commands. All in all, I am enjoying this thanks to your original help. I would not mind the choices to shorten the preflight time down from 30min. to say 18min or so for situations when I don't have a lot of time to fly. Also a few FA and inflight cabin voices to have a little more variety in voice sets rather than hearing the same old people every time. All in all, looking good so far. There's no need to shorten it. You can fasten forward the time by clicking directly on the time remaining value. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
