Hi,

 

I'm looking for a KAP 140 with a BARO button (altitude warning would be great!!) in the upper right & preferably a dual twist knob.

 

This is primarily for fsx but it would be great if it was P3D compatible.

The Mindstar KAP140 comes fully featured, including the Start up / Test and Baro features.  

 

FYI....   It's only available as included with the Eaglesoft DA42, at this time.  Mindstar don't seem to be selling it separately.

I find it hard to believe there aren't more of these floating around!

 

Also... the image is small, but it doesn't look like the rightmost button is a "BARO" button. See example:

 

The Mindstar Aviation KAP-140 that is offered with the Eaglesoft DA-42 is indeed the one you were seeking as it's right-most button is a BARO button.

 

However, that KAP-140 is licensed for use only with the Eaglesoft DA-42 and nothing else.

A2A Simulation's Cessna C172 also comes outfitted with the Bendix KAP-140 with the Baro button.

Oops, yes, I completely forgot about the A2A unit in the C172 too. :smile:    Yes Andrew, I am pretty sure that unit has full functionality too.   Certainly the Baro and start-up are modelled, and all modes work as they do in real life (not the simplified operation of the default FSX units).
