August 20, 201411 yr Hi PMDG, Any updates on that patch to solve the time acceleration problem that started after the introduction of Service pack 1? Regards, Ronald
August 21, 201411 yr There really is no reason to open up posts like this. If there's news, they'll let you know in the PMDG general Forum, with a thread. No news is good news, it means they're working on the issue. Name available upon request
August 22, 201411 yr Just worried no news is no action taken for this bug in the PMDG B777X. It seems that SP1 has introduce some new bugs like this time compression issue. But one thing that I previously thought was caused by the new service pack was the hanging of flight sim. Appears to be a problem with the graphics drivers and the ASN. After updating both of them that problem went away. This hanging of FS X only started happening with the introduction of SP 1 but now seems to be resolved with the updating of the drivers and ASN. August 22, 201411 yr Hang on a second... Weren't you the guy who couldn't stop posting "and the work goes on...." In the preview threads? (And got a little time off for it?) Rob has said quite a few times that they are not sure about why the sim sometimes hangs, and that they were still gathering data on it. He also said there would be an SP1c to figure out more bugs, among which, the time compression thing. What do you want, seriously? A daily report on how things are going? Sounds like fun. Programming, troubleshooting and debugging takes time, it's not something you can do overnight. Name available upon request

August 22, 201411 yr Moderator How many different names do you have?Lol, was thinking the same thing. He'll probably get banned again and come with another funny name. I cracked up when saw Ronald but then signed his post Darren. Jim Burke Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
