Boeing 737 Handles for Saitek - DIY

Featured Replies

Hello everyone.

Recently, I saw frooglesim's video about a guy in Italy making handles for the saitek pro flight throttle quadrant.

His website is here : flightsimpm.com

I like the look of them and they look incredible. I live in the US, so shipping and price is extremely expensive as it comes out to be around $140 for the 737 pro levers.

I decided to take this project on myself, so I will continually update this thread of my progress. I will probably be able to get the speedbrakes, throttles and flaps done. For the reverse thrust, that may be hard so I do not know if I will be able to do it - if I do I will also update the post on the tutorial/pictures.

In the future, I hope all of you find this useful.

Currently, I have the throttle handles made by cutting a wooden round stick. For the support things, I will use Manette's throttle design.

Thank you,

Wesley

Hi there,

I saw the similar items at www.cockpitphd.com

This is obviously cheaper with FREE worldwide shipping.

3D printing is becoming affordable, I am surprised there is not more sharing 3D files going on, we could print parts at our local 3D printing store and make handles for different aircrafts.
