September 6, 201411 yr Hi All, I am using XP10.30 as a scenery generator for Aerowinx PSX, using the XView plugin. I want XP10.30 to run as smooth as possible, and XView uses the default b744 that comes with XP10.30, but I couldn't care less about the detailled interior. I would actually prefer to have only the cockpit enclosure, with no instrument panel at all, and certainly no interior views in the pas cabin, wheel wells etc... How can I create a simple 3d model, with interior graphics, from a given XP10 model? September 6, 201411 yr I wonder if a CSL model (such the one you can find here: http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=15713, even if it's a 788) could be useful for you. Else you could make a copy of the default 744 and then modify it with Plane Maker deleting all you want. Angelo M. Maggio
September 6, 201411 yr Author Thx Tomcat, problem is, what to delete... I surely would like to delete all of the interior 3d graphics, including the cockpit instruments, but where are these set in PM? September 6, 201411 yr jcomm, If I could jump in here, I am sure that you can do what you want to do by going to the "Standard" tab, and then panels 3-D and delete your heart away... not literally. John John Wingold
September 6, 201411 yr Author Thx John! I'll try it tomorrow and will report back! ;-) Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)
