September 24, 201411 yr The ONLY viable way to reach PMDG themselves, is throught the support portal at http://support.precisionmanuals.com They are not guaranteed to see your message through any other way. If you don't have an account yet at the support portal, you need to make one. It uses a different account from both that one here AND at the shop. Name available upon request

I don't think you need to get a new key. Its unlikely the thieves who took your computer intend to fly your planes. Its probably been formatted by now. Log into PMDG account. Go to account menu > view previous orders > click on order number for 777-200lr > scroll down to product information > there is your serial key. Wes Meyer
