I think they (ORBX) did a great release for FSX: these shots are with  ORBX Global 1.30, and OpenLC Europe.

Would you mind doing a few shots around my local airport VTBS, lets say anywhere up to 100nm radius?  just 2 or 3 would be fine

Yes, in FSX------...Global 1.30, Vector 1.15, and OpenLC Europe 1.0.  I fly over there now..and do some rubber-necking...VTBS it is...
