I'm using the checklists my airline uses in the real world, so I don't use the FS2Crew checklists.
However it is impossible to do a turnaorund without doing the parking checklist in FS2Crew.

 

If I click on the button to start the preflight for the next flight the counter does not open and therefore no preflightevents are available.

Correct, you have to run the FS2Crew Parking checklist no matter what.

 

Running the Parking checklists triggers internal resets that allow you to fly a 2nd leg.
