Just purchased the this addon and I am very pleased so far. Definately a notch up from ORBX Global lights. What I like is the more realistic orange road colors, and the much greater visibility of the lights. Now you can cruise at high flight levels and still see road far beyond.

I second that. I euqipped Germany, Austria and Switzerland with the lights and night flights now are more appealing to me, although there aren't as many street lights in these countries in reality (roads through the countryside normally are dark). What the heck? It looks great :-)
