October 15, 201411 yr Hi, I am back to FS9 and I have tried all settings but the AA is terrible. I am using FS9 on an External display on the laptop , using enbseries mod. I have set AA to 8x in Nvidia CPL and also in Nvidia Inspector but those jagged lines are not going. All help appreciated. Please let me know if more info is required. Thnx. October 15, 201411 yr Have you 'applied' the Inspector profile ... top right of page? AA will not manifest in windows mode, only full screen. Cheers

October 15, 201411 yr Author Normally no, however check out this (long) thread:- http://forum.avsim.n...r-wow-must-see/ Thnx mate. Hey that's for P3d . BTW do you use FSrealwx lite ? I keep getting altimeter message every few minutes. The problem I think is FSRealWX keeps putting different weather conditions and hence i need to keep changing the hPa every few minutes. October 15, 201411 yr Hi. Anti aliasing does work in windowed mode - it's just FS9's own AA that doesn't. Just off the top of my head... you must deselect AA within FS9 and use Nvidia Inspector to set behaviour to 'override application settings' rather than 'enhance settings'. If that isn't the solution, give me until tomorrow (at work now) and I'll bring in a more comprehensive set of settings. Cheers, D
October 15, 201411 yr Author @Dave, I have them as you have said. Ryzen 5 1600x - 16GB DDR4 - RTX 3050 8GB - MSI Gaming Plus
October 16, 201411 yr Back again... This screenie shows FS9's own AA failing to work in windowed mode: and here's what I get when using Nvidia Inspector to control it: Below are my FS internal settings, my NI settings and a couple of bits of system info as it could be that the failure of external control is related to hardware or drivers. The Nvidia control panel obviously just duplicates the NI settings. I've been Googling a different graphics problem and Nvidia seem to have a reputation for removing useful functionality when updating drivers. It would be nice to find these settings work for you too but I'm not feeling very optimistic... Cheers, D
