October 17, 201411 yr Microsoft Visual 2008 is out of date. Latest version is 6161. Yours is 4148. Get the latest version here - http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26368. You do not need the x64 versions (64 bit versions) of 2005 and 2008 as I doubt you have any problems installed on your system that were made for 64 bit systems.
