Right Hand Circuits

Featured Replies

Some of the airfields that I fly to in real life have right hand circuits for noise abatement purposes. VOXATC/FSX always uses left hand circuits.

Is there a way to change the circuits to right hand in VOXATC/FSX?

Sorry for jumping in but i'm looking into getting VOXATC and you fly in the RW would you recommend this addon? I'm currently using RC4

Hi Driver,

I fly in the UK and use the UK version of VOXATC.

I used FSX and VOX during my training. It is great for practicing real life ATC procedures for GA flying. It is very realistic with only a few differences to real life flying, hence my request about right hand circuits.

Now I use FSX&VOX for practice before I fly the route in real life.

I haven't tried it for airlines as I mostly use it for GA flying on Cherokees.

If you are looking for a more immersive experience I would recommend VOX.

You can download a trial version to try for a limited period.

Hope this helps

Just update your airport afx file with your traffic pattern. You can also update a lot of other things including freq, nav, if a runway is closed etc. After update just run the voxatc indexer and enjoy the result.

Thanks Mike,

Used AFX to change the circuit pattern.

Worked a treat!
