Ray, I have no doubt of it especially if you say so. For more years than I can count with this hobby I have seen, and mostly agreed with your nice, sometimes harsh and upset but always honest comments. What I find a bit troubling however is the lack of communication from the developer here. The stories of people who have paid and still after so long time have not heard or received anything. I am in the market for a throttle unit and the only other good option is the Virtual Fly one one but less features and higher price. Unfortunately with no communication fro Fulcrum I might have to go that route.

Funny, I was just lookin in to various options for a Throttle system and figured Fulcrum would be a risk and here you are just hours later saying you got yours. Perhaps I will look in to this again. Please post pics, videos 😀

useless then in my opinion. AIG is a must! The whole point of ATC is to provide safe separation between air traffic. If there is none whats the need for it.

I dont seem to find info about this, will Sayintentions ATC also control AI traffic from AIG or FSLTL? I see no point in ATC addons that control only your aircraft.

It seems the "SE2" source no longer work under Providers/Sweden. I know Lantmateriet have updated their charts in recent time so that may be the reason.

I cant seem to get the scenproc part to work. I have the link correctly set up for it in ortho4xp.cfg. It does create a texture folder in addition to the scenery folder but once the scenery is created the texture folder remain empty. What am I doing wong? is there also a setting in Ortho4xp I need to activate to get scenproc to work or something? I followed the instruction and started scenroc beforehand once to set ut up correctly. Mike

Hi This really relates to the p3d version of Ortho4xp The thing is. i am working on some photoscenery for France bordering to Italy. I use the "EUR" source that seem to be a source that use different providers depending on country automatically. The problem I have is that for areas in a zone that include both France and Italy territory it adds BMP files for Italy in its own sub folder but never compiles it to BGL filesl. Am I missing a setting perhaps? So where there is multiple countries in a zone it adds the following folders: (For France) FRorth_18 and within it all the bmp files and in addition an ADDON SCENERY folder with BGL files for P3D. (This is correct as its suppose to be) (For Italy) PCN and within it only BMP files no conversion and no ADDON SCENERY folder with p3d files Much appreciate any help guys, sorry for the bad English Thanks

I would like to build some scenery for Norway with "Norgeskart.no". How do I add that as provider in v1.3 for P3D. The default available providers only provide a so so quality for the region of Norway I want to make scenery for. There is one provider "EUR" that use a combination of providers but it produce bad result in the part of Norway that I want to create scenery. How do I go about to use "Norgeskart"? Thanks Mike

tjrush, the "procedure" is to wait until this weekend! something is going to be announced about VoxATC. To me the best and only real option for good FSX/P3D ATC. So dont give up

That sound good Dave, I might give Pilot2ATC a go Was so worried that the external window was needed to dial freq etc since every single video I see on youtube etc that window is present. Now all that is needed is for Pilot2ATC to actually control AI traffic. Then it will really blow away all the competition old and new in my humle opinion. Mike

I dont know why the window needs to be there at all other than for the initial flight planning part. All communications should be done in my opinion from using the aircraft com radios. The only "external" window during flight i could see needed would be one where you see the text that you should communicate to ATC (as a backup in case you dont know what to say in any given time).

Exactly my point. They seem to be no strangers to teaming up with established developers lite Orbx, so why not VoxATC for good voice ATC in their Flight school product. We just have to wait and see I guess Mike

The total lack of response from Tegwyn regarding anything releated to Vox makes me wonder if something bigger is up. Pure speculation here, but what if VoxATC will be part of the new ATC system in the up and coming Dovetail Flight School and Flight simulator products. It makes a little sense in my opinion. It needs good ATC and Vox is the best in my opinion so why reinvent the wheel. Perhaps this is why Tegwyn cant comment. Again just fun speculation Mike

I am interested in PF3 as well seeing nothing happends with Vox. Does it work well for smaller GA Aircraft flying VFR?

Does anyone know if the oxygen switch and the alt air gauge can be configured either through default FSX control setting or FSUIPC to assign to Saitek Yoke buttons. Would be nicer to control the Legacy gauges and switches with the Saitek panel rather than the mouse. Thanks Mike

Use the Migration Tool for now. I see absolutely no different bahaviour from using p3d 2,5 compared to v3 with the Migration Tool install. Sure there are issues, but no other than those that has always been, at least for me. mike

Hi I have set LINDA to autostart with P3d v3 and that works fine but I always need to shift-tab back LINDA after P3D start to select my "A2A "Cessna 172" profile for it to work, no profile is auto selected. Is there a way to have the Cessna profile start automatically eacht time so I dont need to go back to LINDA after P3D starts? I have no other aicraft in LINDA other than the A2A Cessna. Thanks Mike

This happends for me too at some airport slthoughI know the airport has sppropriate Gates. Inverness is one empty place with vox but crowded emabling default ATC settings. I also wrote to Tegwyn about this but no solution. Mike

Also, the reason aircraft dissapear either on the taxiway for takeoff or after landing is not beacsuse of problems with VoxATC but rather with you airport AFX file. It can be that a taxiway is ot linked corrrectly, and in case of traffic dissapearing after landing could also be due to a lot of faults in the AFX file for your airport. I always spend a lot of time updating my airports as I have learnt over the years that addon airports are most often great looking visually but "underneath" in the airport afx file they are sometimes a mess. Orbx airports for example I always need to modify. Mike

I have never seen this problem, although I am not using Traffic X but another AI package. What is your traffic setting within VoxATC. Dont use a too high setting there. I go for about 40-45%. Also I assume your Commercial and AI traffic setting within FSX are both at 0 mike

Absolutetly, just request it from ATC. You have the otion to file a flightplan or just do some pattern work. You can even request a local flight where you depart your airport, fly around in uncontrolled airspace (for example some local sight seeing) and then return to your airport by contacting Tower for landing, just like in real life. This is what I like about VoxATC, its not so darn scripted like many other ATC product out there. The same with SID/STAR, you dont select the exact one before your flight, ATC does based on various conditions. Lets just hope for a new p3d v 3 version soon! Mike

Hope you consider PF3 full AI control. At that point in my opinion it will be a serious competitor to VoxATC.

I share the comments from you Jeroen, not only here but also from the long PF3 discussion I followed through. When reading your comments and concerns its exactly the things with ATC I find important Regadring Pilot2ATC I dont care to see that window in flight (preferably not at all) I also fly VFR and VFR procedures are extremely important to me. The more dynamic ATC the better and many of the addons are way to static. I dont care for setting up everything like a script and follow along that script in flight. The best ATC addon in my opinion would allow me to do T&G or leave the area for a sightseeing flight and come back to the same airport by contacting the Tower at the CTR border, or leave the area and just contact whatever ATC unit I pass through on the way to my destination. Also AI is important. I dislike the adons that let you use your addon AI but it lets FS Control them and the ATC addon Control you. Bound to fail somewhere Not to talk to much about other anddons in this topic but VoxATC is rather good in that regard controlling not only you but also all the AI. Mike Mike
