KSEA with flight plan loaded, just now, FSX, VOXatc traffic test, I use MyTraffiX

 

The thing is that if you dont load a flight plan, everything would work and u will see ai traffic moving on the ground taking off and landing. But, as soon as u load the flight plan and of course, re-enable the voxatc, there will be no moving traffic at all.
