I tried to activate the product, the activation screen loaded, couldn't type anything,, then crashed. Since then I haven't been able to load it.

 

Should I reinstall and try again?

Sorry for my poor English.I also have the same problem, I used Symantec antivirus software, automatically find SONAR.Heuristic.120, how I want to solve this problem?

Do what Rick did.

 

Shutoff your anti-virus (it's a false positive) and re-install.
