Hello Nice product as  usual But,the volume is very very low and can"t berly hear the captain or FO...Please fix it ASAP

Did you turn up the volume on the FS2Crew Main Panel?

Look at the arrow buttons beside "FO".

 

That actually controls the crew volume.
