PMDG not responding ticket

Hey everyone,

 

I had to reinstall my fsx and OS on my pc, I wanted pmdg to reset my key as activation limit was reached, but they have not been responding for 2 days. What should I do?

What should I do?

 

Log back into the support portal and check to see the ticket actually went through. Additionally, check your spam/junk folder in whatever email account you registered with the support portal to ensure it didn't get intercepted by your email provider accidentally.

 

Also, you should sign your full real name in your posts when posting here.

Thank you for the reply, Yes the ticket has went through, I always check my email and the pmdg support website. Checked my junk mail too, still nothing.

I've had the same issue with them responding. I opened a ticket 3 months ago then subsequently 2 more but haven't received any responses.

Shame you didn't post your name, a PMDG moderator will not be able to help you
