October 31, 201411 yr Commercial Member What should I do? Log back into the support portal and check to see the ticket actually went through. Additionally, check your spam/junk folder in whatever email account you registered with the support portal to ensure it didn't get intercepted by your email provider accidentally. Also, you should sign your full real name in your posts when posting here. Kyle Rodgers

Checked my junk mail too, still nothing.
October 31, 201411 yr I've had the same issue with them responding. I opened a ticket 3 months ago then subsequently 2 more but haven't received any responses. Shame you didn't post your name, a PMDG moderator will not be able to help you Dan Downs KCRP
