No Landing/taxi lights on some planes

Featured Replies

HI,

I have just noticed I no longer have any splash screen (illumination) for taxi or landing lights on the Capt Sim 737-200 and 757 as well default 737, airbus and none of the JF A318-320 lite aircraft and LVLD 767. Not sure but I thought I did have the splash screen on all the CS, LVLD and JF planes.  Checked effects and texture folders, the effects folder found "fx_HS-Landing_lights" and in texture there are some landing light bitmaps.  I did a reinstall of JF planes but still no go with landing/taxi lites shown on the runways. I do use DX10 but have had no problems in the past.

Any help is appreciated.

Carl,

Were you ever able to achieve any improvement?

Found the solution. It was a REX Texture selection for Landing Lights.  I posted details in this other topic here on Avsim. Please follow this link to read about it:
