I think I made a big mistake! I downloaded Heathrow Pro V2, but before I installed it I deleted version 1. Now when I go to install v2 it says I need a serial number to continue, but I don't have a serial number (I don't remeber the # for v1 either). What do I do now? Do I have to pay for version 2? It says it is free on the avsim homepage.

When you bought Heathrow Pro version 1, you were given a serial number to install that. It probably came by e-mail. Go back and search those e-mails and see if you can find the number. The same serial number installs version 2. If you can't find it, contact the seller with your name, address and credit card number used and maybe they will have it on file for you.Lee

Unfortunatly I don't think I kept the email with the serial number on it. I will have to contact UK2000 for it. I hope they can get it fot me! Right now I don't have Heathrow Pro version 1 anymore, I cant install version 2, and I don't have the money to buy version 2. :-(

I had Version 1 and I installed V2 with my serial "that I kept in a safe place" along the installer file ;)If you purchased on simMarket, you can retrieve your serial keys as follows :- on the homepage click "your account"- log in with your email / password- select my order details and downloads- click on the order date that correspond to your Heathrow Pro order- and there you'll your order details and of course your serial key for the scenery :)
